Shen Wenquan
57岁,我为什么还要重新出发?
我是在广州做全屋整装20多年的山东大叔,擅长技术,相信我,没错的!
做家居建材这一行的,大部分都是穷苦出身。没背景,没关系,找不到好工作,只能靠出卖体力。我年轻的时候,连进厂的机会都没有,只能去工地搬砖、和灰。
但我求知欲很强,对新鲜事物特别感兴趣。那个时候,风吹过来一张纸片,我都想跑过去捡起来看看,上面到底写的什么。
我十六七岁就知道我想要什么样的生活,这一点很重要。你对未来有了向往,就像候鸟一样,会潜移默化地奔向那个方向。
17岁初中毕业进工地,从小工干到大工,又干到施工员。后来感觉干建筑不体面,连对象都不好找,就想干别的。一个机会,同村伙伴介绍我进了一家铝合金工厂,能出差外地,让我第一次看到外面的世界,看到了大城市。深夜的大马路宽阔寂静,路灯指引着我奔向远方。
那时候我就有一个意识:我适合在大城市生活。大城市看似冰冷,但机会多,靠本事吃饭,不用靠关系,不用请客送礼。
因为技术好,我被国营矿山工具厂聘为技术员,工资400元,还脱产。后来承包了厂里的铝合金车间。24岁那年,国家清理三角债,钱收不回来,车间倒闭了。
又去打工攒钱,做奇石生意,全国各地跑展会。1999年参加广州秋季展会,番禺好又多新开张,去展会招商。当时七八个人去看了现场,最后只有我去了好又多。结果卖得很好,半个月货就卖光了。2000年3月17号,我又去了好又多,后来在棠下好又多又开了店。再后来生意不好,又换行业,折腾了七八个行业,始终不能稳定。
后来,我突然意识到,不是行业不行,是我没有深耕。
因为感觉信息闭塞,我自学电脑,泡论坛,网上接单做纱窗,后来发现一个风口行业:定制家具。开工厂,做品牌,全国招商,一下干了20多年。本来打算干一辈子。但疫情来了,房地产下行,家居建材行业互相踩踏,卷价格,微薄的利润已经很难支撑一个店面生存,必须寻找利润的第二增长点。

现在还有没有能较长时间持续增长的生意?
这几年,我看过很多行业,最后把目光停在了银发经济。
原因很简单:老龄化程度越来越高,97%的老人需要居家养老,家庭安全一定会成为长期需求。并且国家大力提倡和扶持适老化改造,硬性规定地面防滑要达到≮0.5的摩擦系数,所以,银发赛道,适老化改造,地面防滑,是普通人唯一可以确定的轻资产介入的风口行业。
所以我选择从伴步地面防滑切入,再延伸到适老化改造、智慧康养和健康管理。
我做家居建材相关行业40多年,在广州做全屋整装20多年,施工、设计、供应链、品牌、渠道、招商,这些能力都能用得上。卡莱雅做整家定制,伴步做地面防滑,适护云居做适老化和智慧康养,长康荟做健康管理——它们不是几个零散项目,而是一套围绕老年人居家生活打造的长期服务体系。
